One-component water-based panel glue with high solid content. Improved one-component water-based panel glue, good solvent resistance, fast curing, very good shear tensile strength. Good weather resistance, water resistance level reaches European D3 standard, can be cured at room temperature or high frequency.
D2/D3/D4 one-component latex assembly glue is polyvinyl acetate adhesive, referred to as PVAcadhesive, the main component is polyvinyl acetate, which is a macromolecular substance formed by polymerization of vinyl acetate monomer.
Scope of application: rubber wood, lacquered wood, mahogany core, window frame components, solid wood panels, veneer, floor, door, bamboo products, wooden structure, etc.

Features It is a one-component, heat-curing, self-crosslinking polyvinyl acetate water-based adhesive. It has excellent heat resistance, good shear and tensile strength, fast curing, high strength, and is not easy to sag. The waterproof performance can reach D3 waterproof grade according to the German industrial standard DIN EN204.

How to use This product has excellent mechanical stability, is easily diluted with water, and can be applied to the substrate by scraper, roller or manual method.
Safety precautions This product is a water-based emulsion, non-toxic, and slightly irritating to the skin and mucous membranes. Avoid prolonged contact with the skin and rinse with water after construction. If accidentally ingested, please seek medical attention in time. This product is non-flammable.
Storage The product should be stored in a sealed container to prevent sunlight, rain, freezing and high temperature. The recommended normal storage temperature is 5-35℃. Storage period: 6 months.
