Urea-formaldehyde resin powder
Usage method:
1. Glue mixing ratio Urea-formaldehyde resin powder: water (weight ratio)
100 parts: 40-60 parts
2. Board pretreatment
① Select high-quality boards, and adjust the moisture content of the boards to 8-12%
② The surface of the board is smooth and flat, and the convex bulges, concave holes and cracks on the surface are repaired. The surface of the adherend is oil-free and dust-free.
③ The thickness accuracy of the board is controlled within ±0.08mm
④ The board with a cured but unpressed glue layer cannot be directly coated with glue for a second time and must be sanded before use.
3. Glue mixing process
① Dissolve the glue powder in water according to the above water ratio and stir it into a uniform liquid. The suitable water temperature is 15-30℃. In winter, hot water can be used to mix the glue to reduce clumping (it must be stirred with a mixer for 5-10 minutes until it is uniform and free of particles before it can be used)
② H01 drying agent is mixed according to the temperature
4. Gluing process
① Standard glue coating amount: 200-230g/m2, small glue lines on both sides are the best, no lack of glue.
② The stacking time of the boards after glue coating shall not exceed 30min. When the temperature is high, the stacking time shall be shortened. It is strictly forbidden to blow the fan on the stacked boards after glue coating.
③ Do not use foaming glue

6. Curing
After the pressurization time is reached, the press can be unloaded and removed from the press, but it must be stacked for 24 hours before entering the next process. If the strength is to be tested, it needs to be cured for more than 72 hours.
(Especially for the glued products that will be subjected to intense vibration in the next process, such as sawing, sanding, drilling, etc., the necessary curing time is an indispensable process to ensure product quality.
