Urea Formaldehyde Resin Adhesive Powder Supplier in China - Quality Factory Direct Products for Optimal Bonding

When it comes to adhesive solutions, our Urea-formaldehyde resin powder offers a precise glue mixing ratio of 100 parts resin to 40-60 parts water. Sourced from trusted **China suppliers**, this high-quality product ensures optimal bonding performance for your projects, To achieve superior results, proper board pretreatment is essential. Begin by selecting high-quality boards and adjusting their moisture content to a range of 8-12%. Ensure that the board surfaces are smooth and flat, with any convex bulges, concave holes, or cracks diligently repaired. Additionally, it is crucial that the surfaces are free from oil and dust, creating the perfect adherence conditions, Choose our factory for reliable Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive solutions that meet your manufacturing needs

    Urea-formaldehyde resin powder

    Usage method:
    1. Glue mixing ratio
Urea-formaldehyde resin powder : water (weight ratio)
    100 parts : 40-60 parts
    2. Board pretreatment
    • ① Select high-quality boards, and adjust the moisture content of the boards to 8-12%
    • ② The surface of the board is smooth and flat, and the convex bulges, concave holes and cracks on the surface are repaired. The surface of the adherend is oil-free and dust-free.
    • ③ The thickness accuracy of the board is controlled within ±0.08mm
    • ④ The board with a cured but unpressed glue layer cannot be directly coated with glue for a second time and must be sanded before use.
    3. Glue mixing process
    • ① Dissolve the glue powder in water according to the above water ratio and stir it into a uniform liquid. The suitable water temperature is 15-30℃. In winter, hot water can be used to mix the glue to reduce clumping (it must be stirred with a mixer for 5-10 minutes until it is uniform and free of particles before it can be used)
    • ② H01 drying agent is mixed according to the temperature
    4. Gluing process
    • ① Standard glue coating amount: 200-230g/m2, small glue lines on both sides are the best, no lack of glue.
    • ② The stacking time of the boards after glue coating shall not exceed 30min. When the temperature is high, the stacking time shall be shortened. It is strictly forbidden to blow the fan on the stacked boards after glue coating.
    • ③ Do not use foaming glue
    5. Pressurization time
    Information not specified
    6. Curing
After the pressurization time is reached, the press can be unloaded and removed from the press, but it must be stacked for 24 hours before entering the next process. If the strength is to be tested, it needs to be cured for more than 72 hours.
Note: Especially for the glued products that will be subjected to intense vibration in the next process, such as sawing, sanding, drilling, etc., the necessary curing time is an indispensable process to ensure product quality.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the recommended mixing ratio for Urea-formaldehyde resin powder?
The recommended weight ratio is 100 parts of Urea-formaldehyde resin powder to 40-60 parts of water.
What moisture content should the boards have before applying the glue?
You should select high-quality boards and adjust their moisture content to between 8% and 12% before applying the glue.
How should the glue powder be mixed in winter?
In winter, you can use hot water (with an overall suitable mixing water temperature of 15-30℃) to reduce clumping. Make sure to stir with a mixer for 5-10 minutes until the liquid is uniform and free of particles.
What is the maximum stacking time for boards after glue coating?
The stacking time must not exceed 30 minutes. When the ambient temperature is high, this stacking time should be shortened. Additionally, it is strictly forbidden to blow fans directly on the stacked boards.
How long should the products be cured after pressing?
After unloading from the press, the boards must be stacked for 24 hours before entering the next process. If you are conducting strength tests or planning intensive vibration processes like sawing, sanding, or drilling, they must be cured for more than 72 hours.
