Precautions
The moisture content of the substrate is 8-12%, the substrate is free of dust and grease, and the substrate accuracy (flatness) should be controlled within 0.1MM;
The amount of glue should be moderate. Too much will reduce the drying speed, resulting in drawing and dirty boards. Too little will cause local glue shortages, resulting in weak bonding;
Be sure to conduct edge sealing related experiments before mass production.
Safety matters
Machines and equipment in the workplace must be equipped with partial exhaust devices and eyewash and cleaning equipment;
Construction workers should wear work clothes and heat-resistant glasses to protect their eyes, and wear impermeable gloves and boots; To prevent burns, if you are accidentally scalded, please immerse the scalded area in cooling water to cool down. If it is serious, you should seek medical attention in time.
