High-Quality Epoxy Resin AB Glue Supplier from China - Factory Direct Adhesive for Wood, Metal, and More

Introducing our premium 9601AB glue, a top-tier two-component adhesive manufactured in China. This advanced adhesive consists of modified epoxy resin as component A and a complex amine as component B, ensuring outstanding curing and bonding properties. Ideal for suppliers and industries alike, 9601AB glue effectively bonds various materials, including wood, metal, plastic, rubber, and ceramic—excluding polyethylene, polypropylene, and polytetrafluoroethylene. It is particularly popular in the woodworking sector for solid wood and medium-density fiberboard bonding, as well as for tooth joints and tenons. Trust our factory's expertise to provide you with the reliable adhesive solutions you need for your projects

    Performance and characteristics

    • It has good operability and sealing.
    • The curing time at room temperature is ≤3 hours. It can be processed after 12 hours and reaches the highest strength after 3 days. Heating and curing can shorten the curing time, but the viscosity of the glue will decrease when heated. Pay attention to loss when using it.
    • The glue is solvent-free and basically has no shrinkage and deformation after curing.
    • The adhesive layer is transparent, tough and has high bonding strength.
    • It has excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
    • The use temperature of the cured product is -30℃≤≤70℃.

    Usage and precautions

Usage and precautions of the adhesive glue
    • The surface of the bonded parts must be dusted and degreased, and the surface to be bonded must be kept clean and dry.
    • Ratio: A: B = 1: 1 (volume); A: B = 5: 4 (weight).
    • When mixing the AB components, stir in a single direction to avoid bringing in bubbles and affecting the bonding quality.
    • Glue mixing vessel: Use a polyethylene (PE) flat plate or a large open container, and mix as little glue as possible to avoid heat release and sudden aggregation.
    • After mixing, the glue must be used up within 40 minutes (25℃), and within 30 minutes at 30℃.
    • Do not put the glue stick of the AB component in the wrong place, and do not cover the barrel cover incorrectly to avoid the reaction of the AB component.
    • After the work is completed, you can use cotton yarn and detergent to wipe off the contaminants on your hands and the workpiece, and then wash your hands with soapy water.
    • The curing speed and application period are affected by temperature changes. It is recommended that customers determine the next process time according to actual conditions.

    Storage and packaging

    • Store in a cool, ventilated room.
    • The sealed storage period is one year. If there is no abnormality, it can continue to be used.
    • Packaging: A: 1.08KG B: 0.92 KG.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the curing time of this adhesive at room temperature?

The curing time at room temperature is ≤3 hours. It can be processed after 12 hours and reaches its highest strength after 3 days. Heating can shorten this time, but may decrease viscosity.

What is the correct mixing ratio for components A and B?

The mixing ratio is A: B = 1: 1 by volume, or A: B = 5: 4 by weight. Be sure to mix accurately to ensure proper curing and bonding strength.

How long is the pot life of the mixed glue?

After mixing, the glue must be used within 40 minutes at 25℃, and within 30 minutes at 30℃ to avoid premature curing.

What is the operating temperature range for the cured product?

Once fully cured, the adhesive layer can be used in environments with temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 70℃.

How should the glue be stored, and what is its shelf life?

It should be stored in a cool, ventilated room. The sealed storage period is one year. If no abnormality is found after one year, it can continue to be used.
