Performance and characteristics

• It has good operability and sealing.
• The curing time at room temperature is ≤3 hours. It can be processed after 12 hours and reaches the highest strength after 3 days. Heating and curing can shorten the curing time, but the viscosity of the glue will decrease when heated. Pay attention to loss when using it.
• The glue is solvent-free and basically has no shrinkage and deformation after curing.
• The adhesive layer is transparent, tough and has high bonding strength.

Usage and precautions

• The surface of the bonded parts must be dusted and degreased, and the surface to be bonded must be kept clean and dry.
• Ratio: A: B = 1: 1 (volume); A: B = 5: 4 (weight).
• When mixing the AB components, stir in a single direction to avoid bringing in bubbles and affecting the bonding quality.
• Glue mixing vessel: Use a polyethylene (PE) flat plate or a large open container, and mix as little glue as possible to avoid heat release and sudden aggregation.
• After mixing, the glue must be used up within 40 minutes (25℃), and within 30 minutes at 30℃.
• Do not put the glue stick of the AB component in the wrong place, and do not cover the barrel cover incorrectly to avoid the reaction of the AB component.
• After the work is completed, you can use cotton yarn and detergent to wipe off the contaminants on your hands and the workpiece, and then wash your hands with soapy water.
• The curing speed and application period are affected by temperature changes. It is recommended that customers determine the next process time according to actual conditions.

Storage and packaging

• Store in a cool, ventilated room.
• The sealed storage period is one year. If there is no abnormality, it can continue to be used.
