Introducing our premium 9601AB glue, a high-performance two-component adhesive crafted from modified epoxy resin (Component A) and a complex amine (Component B). Renowned for its exceptional curing and bonding capabilities, this adhesive effectively bonds a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastic, rubber, and ceramic (excluding polyethylene, polypropylene, and polytetrafluoroethylene), Ideal for applications in woodworking, our 9601AB glue is particularly effective for joining solid wood, medium-density fiberboard, tooth joints, and tenons. As a leading supplier and factory in China, we take pride in offering reliable adhesive solutions that meet the diverse needs of our customers. Experience the strength and versatility of our 9601AB glue—your go-to choice for robust bonding applications!

    Performance and Characteristics

    • It has good operability and sealing.
    • The curing time at room temperature is ≤3 hours. It can be processed after 12 hours and reaches the highest strength after 3 days. Heating and curing can shorten the curing time, but the viscosity of the glue will decrease when heated. Pay attention to loss when using it.
    • The glue is solvent-free and basically has no shrinkage and deformation after curing.
    • The adhesive layer is transparent, tough and has high bonding strength.
    • It has excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
    • The use temperature of the cured product is -30℃≤≤70℃.

    Usage and Precautions

    Adhesive application and usage guide
    • The surface of the bonded parts must be dusted and degreased, and the surface to be bonded must be kept clean and dry.
    • Ratio: A: B = 1: 1 (volume); A: B = 5: 4 (weight).
    • When mixing the AB components, stir in a single direction to avoid bringing in bubbles and affecting the bonding quality.
    • Glue mixing vessel: Use a polyethylene (PE) flat plate or a large open container, and mix as little glue as possible to avoid heat release and sudden aggregation.
    • After mixing, the glue must be used up within 40 minutes (25℃), and within 30 minutes at 30℃.
    • Do not put the glue stick of the AB component in the wrong place, and do not cover the barrel cover incorrectly to avoid the reaction of the AB component.
    • After the work is completed, you can use cotton yarn and detergent to wipe off the contaminants on your hands and the workpiece, and then wash your hands with soapy water.
    • The curing speed and application period are affected by temperature changes. It is recommended that customers determine the next process time according to actual conditions.

    Storage and Packaging

    • Store in a cool, ventilated room.
    • The sealed storage period is one year. If there is no abnormality, it can continue to be used.
    • Packaging: A: 1.08KG B: 0.92 KG.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the curing time of the adhesive at room temperature?
At room temperature, the curing time is 3 hours or less. The bonded parts can be processed after 12 hours, and the adhesive reaches its maximum strength after 3 days. Curing can be accelerated with heat, though this will lower the viscosity.
What is the correct mixing ratio for components A and B?
The components should be mixed in a ratio of A:B = 1:1 by volume, or A:B = 5:4 by weight.
How quickly must the mixed glue be applied?
Once mixed, the glue must be used within 40 minutes at 25℃, or within 30 minutes at a temperature of 30℃.
What is the recommended storage condition and shelf life?
The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated room. It has a sealed storage period of one year, and can continue to be used if no abnormalities are present after this period.
What is the operating temperature range for the cured product?
Once fully cured, the adhesive layer can be safely used in temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 70℃.
How should the mixing vessel and tools be managed?
It is recommended to use a polyethylene (PE) flat plate or a large open container. Mix smaller quantities at a time to prevent sudden heat release and aggregation. Avoid mixing up the component glue sticks or barrel covers to prevent accidental reactions.
