Instructions for Use
1. Assembly & Compression: When using oil-based panel adhesive to assemble panels, apply the adhesive on the bonding surface and leave it for 5-8 minutes to compress. For example, the working time for bonding redwood and adhesive film (that is, the time for planing and sawing after bonding) is ≥15 hours, and the highest mucosal strength is reached after 7 days.
2. Bubble Occurrence & Storage: It is normal for some bubbles to appear during the use of oil-based panel adhesive. It does not affect the quality of the adhesive. Tighten the cover tightly after using the adhesive to avoid shortening the service life of the adhesive.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of oil-based panel adhesive is 8 months. If there is no abnormality after 8 months, the adhesive can be used continuously.
