Application Areas
502 glue is used for the bonding of porous and absorbent materials, and is used for the bonding of steel, non-ferrous metals, rubber, leather, plastics, ceramics, wood, non-metallic ceramics, glass and flexible materials such as rubber products, leather shoes, soft and hard plastics, etc., or between each other. However, for difficult-to-bond materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polytetrafluoroethylene, their surfaces need to be specially treated before they can be bonded. Usage Method
1. Before use, clean the surface of the adhered object to remove dust, oil stains, rust, etc. on the surface. When bonding metal, it is best to grind it coarsely first. When bonding plastics such as PE and PP, the surface should be activated first.
2. Open the front cover of the glue bottle and tap the tip with your finger to make sure there is no residual liquid, then cut out the hole with scissors.
3. Drop a small drop of this glue on the surface of the adherend, and immediately bond it, and keep it until it hardens. Of course, the bonding area should not be too large.
4. Wipe the glue bottle clean after use, cover the lid tightly, and store it in a cool and dry place or refrigerate
